Hi, I’m Ian Fuenzalida

Hi there, I’m a California native who grew up in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains, also known as the Gold Country. I first took an interest in photography as a child, and realized it as a professional pursuit in my early 20’s. I specialize in portraits of people, from weddings and families, to fashion and editorial. My work has been published internationally in print, online, and in galleries. I have a huge affinity for shooting film as my appreciation for photography started in the darkroom, I love how film has taught me to slow down and shoot with intention. These days I shoot a mix of digital and film, from 35mm to medium format, and even large format 8x10.
