Anyone can take pictures, but not every picture translates. As a photographer trained in architectural and design photography, I approach each space to uniquely showcase key features, from the overall site down to the details, its important to highlight key aspects of architectural design as well as the utility a space contains.

Video

Videos are essential in the modern age, it keeps the viewer engaged and also gives context when revealing architectural space. Video has the ability to show more depth and perspective in a space, and virtual walkthrough videos show the space intuitively. Horizontal video for MLS sites and vertical video for social media are both paramount to a successful feature.

Aerial

Sometimes the only way to really capture the grandeur is from the air, with the latest technology drones and optics, showcasing a grand property from the air communicates the layout and sense of space like nothing else really can

A full layout of the home helps the buyer better understand the space and how things interact, as well as helps plan for furnishing or remodeling.
